This looks great for cooking several chicken and/or turkey breasts at once.
We have six of the “beer can holders” which we put on our smoker, but this seems much more contained and neater.
For those who have never tried the “Beer Can” chicken, it is so delicious and tender. You do not have to use beer. You can use just about anything that is in a can. The beer flavor, however, is so good. (the alcohol cooks out). We have also used the store brand “pineapple” soda for the chicken. Just for fun we once used cream soda on a turkey breast and it was wonderful!
