The Microplane Multi Citrus Tool is a whole bunch of tools in one - a zester / grater, a scorer and a stripper!
The flat face has razor-sharp teeth to finely grate zest. There is one blade for scoring fruit for peeling, and another blade for cutting 2 sizes of zest stripes for garnishes. Fabulous!

The pasta fork, made by PEJ Danmar, is supposed to make it easier to pick up difficult items like pasta or lettuce. Though they work like tongs, they are long and hold onto slippery items with ease.

This is not a gadget I would ever have thought up, but it makes sense. If you’re a fan of mussels, you’ll understand that those darned seafood forks just don’t do the job sometimes of pulling the meat out of the shell (not for clams either, really).
