Just. Plain. Smart.
Smart design indeed. The Combo Lid/Spoon Rest solves my own personal problem of where to put the dripping lid when not in use. It’s hot, so I can’t just hold onto it, and if I need to use it again, it can’t be just tossed into the sink. Since it’s dirty and […]

If you are short on drawer or pantry space, don’t despair. There are easy and organized ways you can store whatever you need. Like the Spice Stack:
A three-drawer cabinet that fits neatly into the cupboards. The drawers pull straight out but can be lowered to any angle so it’s easy to see the labels on […]

Like its predecessor the Voodoo knife holder, Throwzini’s Knife Block takes its inspiration from the Wheel of Death and pins our little red guy in the center of the knife block. This is actually a set, with 5 knives. Each knife is held in by magnets and individual protective sheaths. You can spin it around […]

The ultimate gadget for half-asleep coffee lovers - the coffee dispenser will dispense coffee 1 tablespoon at a time. No need to fuss with spoons or measuring. The canister is also airtight, so it keeps the coffee fresh - since you don’t open it to get at the coffee, this is even more efficient than […]

This fruit rack kind or reminds me of the bowling alley and the ball delivery system - but I suppose the concept holds just as well for fruit! Evidently you’d need to eat your fruit more-or-less sequentially, and I’m not so sure I’d toss a pear or plum in there, but it’s a fun way […]

The Ebe Salad Set was designed in France by Romain Vauchez. It’s a large stainless steel bowl and stanp-on lid (to shake with dressing) that doubles as a base while serving. The tongs are stored in the lid, as shown above, when not in use.

The Glitterville Cake Tin is a vintage-style alternative to transporting your precious cakes with style - if I had the choice of plastic versus stylish, I’d go stylish any day! What a conversation piece this is!

The Food Fresh Electronic Vacuum Storage Container keeps your fruits, vegetables and bread fresh much longer.
The pump draws out the air, creating a vacuum sealed storage bin. The lid has a date indicator to mark when you stored the food. I would think this particularly useful when it comes to fruits that perish quickly. […]

The splat dish rack by Jill Davis innovates on a very old kitchen staple. Splat is a collapsable dish rack.
Unfortunately, it’s only a design concept. People with very little usable counter space and storage space would love this one to get to market! There are other dish racks that collapse on the market - […]

Here is a neat gadget - a fridge wine holder. It’s kind of like those pop holders many fridges come with (we have one, but use it for eggs), but more specifically sized for wine bottles.
