Chef’n Salad Emulstir Emulsifier
The Salad Emulstir Emulsifier is from my fave gadget company, Chef’n. Always making neat gadgets that look great too.
This particular emulsifier is a 6.9oz acrylic container that is lever activated (kind of like using a pump). The stir stick mixes easily and the pour spoud is clean & easy to use. Make, serve & store!

I really like how it is a stir, serve and store - saves time and also looks great. I could really get a lot of use out of this!
