Crab cracker - the WiseCracker

by Arieanna on October 3rd, 2005

qwes

Ok, I love that this is red. Maybe it’s the whole lobster=red thing, but it’s really attractive. I’m not the only one who thinks so, either. It was one of last year’s most innovative and stylish kitchen tools in I.D. magazine. WiseCracker was invented by David Holcomb, CEO of Chef’n.

WiseCracker splits the shell and has a pick on the handle to pull the meat out. The design makes sure that you won’t get cut on the sharp shell edges. It looks like a funky pair of pruning shears, but joined at the end.

Made of nylon and stainless steel.

Available here for $14.95
