Egg Cups - Try Egg Rings

by Arieanna on September 30th, 2005

The ‘cups’ are a simple ring of silicone and are actually French in origin. They cost £9.95 for a set of six from The French House - a fine internet shop with a host of kitchen and dining ’stuff’ from France.

The eggs in the photo, incidently, are from Old Cotswold Legbar chickens a rare breed that come in lovely pastal shades.

sold as a pack of 6. Made by some designers in Marseille, these silicone rinks are not just beautiful and functional, but also unbreakable. Who needs an egg cup?
