Evo Grill
The Evo Grill by Williams-Sonoma is an expensive luxurious way to entertain your guests. The stainless steel grill has an open, circular, flat-top design that invites "gatherings" around the grill. It’s a flameless cooktop that can handle all types of cooking and grilling, and can be transformed into a n outdoor oven for baking or roasting with the add of the lid.
The easy-to-clean cooking surface is heated from below, using a patented dual burner system that provides individually controlled inner and outer heat zones, each with a temperature range of 225°F to 670°F. The two burners can be controlled separately to simultaneously prepare different foods or combined to provide uniform heat across the entire 30" diam. cooking surface
