Fish Descaler
The Fish Descaler makes it possible to enjoy the catch of the day much more easily.
Fish skin, when left on, often adds a good deal of flavor as well as keeps your fish from falling apart. Unfortunately, not many people like to eat the fully-scaled fish skin. I’m one of those. This fish descaler is supposed to be so efficient, you need to do it inside a bag to catch all the flying scales as they come off.
