The Garlic Genius from Williams Sonoma simplifies garlic chopping. This is once again not a garlic press, but rather a garlic chopper.

Simply place peeled garlic inside and twist.

I have a Genius garlic chopper and I cannot get the top off - it is starting to crack but I just can’t open it, what would you suggest? I got it from Ideal Home Exhibition
