Grease Blotter

The Grease Blotter is a non-woven material sheet you lay on soups, stews, gravies or other greasy foods to soak up all the grease and fat.
Unlike papertowels, the Grease Blotter will not leave any paper bits behind. And it is reportedly far more efficient than other grease-removal options such as straining. Each sheet absorbs up to 2 tbsp of oil.

Wait… Huh? Why would I want to absorb the fat, again? That’s where all the flavour is!!
