As far as knife racks go, this one is not only very smart, it’s also inexpensive ($30.50). The "Handy and Safe Standing Knife Rack" has a frosted plastic cover that allows you to see your knives to know what you want, but also keeping them safe from prying little fingers. A magnetic strip keeps the knives in place.
