i’m with you on the pot rack, except ours is a regular 8′ ceiling. i might have to settle for one of those half-circles on the wall:(

Hanging pot racks are ideal for saving space. I have found the wall mounted pot racks (the half circle and one of your readers mentioned) is best. I have one in my kitchen and keep the three most used pots and pans their. This frees up a lot more space in my cupboards. I did buy a smaller matching unit for my utensils. This balanced out my kitchen very nicely.
