Knives designed by F.A. Porsche

These kitchen knives are gorgeous. Ergonomically designed handles are supposed to be more comfortable and also provide you with tactile clues for finger placement. They’re designed by the grandson of the Porsche automobile guy! The 5 inch utility knife is $50, so that gives you an idea of pricing for the set.
Though there are a number of distinctive design features that set these knives apart visually, what really makes them unique is the balance and control their design enables, which is one of the reasons they are prized by professionals.
Made from Japanese 301 stainless steel for resistance to corrosion and wear, the double-tapered blades are sharpened for immediate use. Each knife comes in a fitted storage box and should last for generations.

Isn’t it interesting what may look like a totally uncomfortable handle is really something which has been well thought out and designed to be completely comfortable! Perhaps like a Porsche!

I totally agree, Cindy. I look at them and say “Wow, but Ow!” but I’ll bet that I’m wrong. Ergonomically well designed isn’t always intuitive to me :-)
