Microplane Grater/Zester
I used this zester/grater for the first time last night. I’ve always had the normal upright graters, and we have a couple of small spice graters, but this one is by far the best for parmesan. You have more surface area to work with, but it’s not too bulky or in the way. It’s also easier to clean after.

yes this grater is extremely dangerous, if you go the wrong way, say goodbye to some skin!
So just be very careful!
Rinses nice in very hot water if you don’t let the gratings dry up.
