Miniature Steak Thermometers

June 6, 2008 by Arieanna

Never worry about differently sized steaks again with the Miniature Steak Thermometers. If you don’t have a chef to teach you what different meats "feel" like when done a certain way (I wish I knew how to do that!), you can stick a mini thermometer into each to guage your level of steak done-ness! It reads temperature as well as "rare" to "well" settings.

Miniature steak thermometers!! Very nice. These are the best to check, and to prove others how perfect the meat is.

Here is a great site for you to use as reference while learning the touch test for cooking meats, Arieanna.

What a great idea! I know many people would think they are just another clutter thing to have around, but I like my steak very rare, DH likes his medium well. It’s hard getting them both the way we like them.

Thanks so much Lilly, I’ll have to try that out!

Here is another variation on the touch test for cooking meat. This one has all the degrees of meat cooking not just rare, med and done.
