How many graters do you have in your kitchen?

I will freely confess I have 4:

A regular stand up cheese grater with 4 sides
A microplane zester/grater
A nutmeg grater/holder
A small grater (uber mini of the large one with 4 sides) I use for ginger or other small jobs

I voted. I have no graters. Now ask me how many I WANT! I’m building the kitchen supplies slowly. Whilst trying to start a catering business. Not Easy. Love the site.

Glad to see I’m not the only person with more than three (actually 6 or maybe 7)! You know…the right too tfor the right job. I’d have a few more but I’m totally out of cabinet space with all my cooking paraphernalia.

Great blog…I find myself returning often to see what other things I “need” for my kitchen.

i have 4 graters, 1 for nutmeg over 30 yrs old, 1 that is 4 sided i use for cheese grating, 1 i got on the net that shreds veggies from Ronco, and 1 long handle type for grating orange lemon and limes for my baking.
