Have you seen the ads? It’s an intriguing little appliance, that’s for sure. The Nu-Wave Oven is so far only available online or by calling the 800 number.

By combining the power of conduction, convection, and infrared cooking, the Nu-Wave Oven cooks foods thoroughly and quickly. Our patented 3 way cooking allows for meats to be moist and succulent but also crisply browned.

The Nu-Wave Oven is easy to use and dishwasher safe. You’ll be amazed at the amount of time this revolutionary product will save you in the kitchen!

Their older model is available in stores. There is a yahoo group devoted to them. Also check out the morningware version that is the same except for the label and far better customer service.

I picked up several at the “Country Store Outlet” in Wisconsin for $25 a pop rather than the $100 list.

I should mention - this Thanksgiving I was going to my father’s assisted living apartment to cook dinner. Most things were pre-prepped, and there was going to be no turkey. On the way there Dad called and changed his mind and wanted turkey. The advantage of this oven is that I was able to get a 14 lb frozen turkey and cook it in the oven without defrosting it.
