Question of the month: What is your favorite comfort food?

So, you already know that I’ve declared November to be “Comfort Food Month” on Busy Family Meals. Now I have to ask you all…what’s your favorite comfort food?

You’ll notice throughout the month that many guest chefs and authors have contributed to a plethora of amazing recipes. Not wanting to leave anyone out, if your family has a special comfort food that you’d like to share, please let me know! Here are some of my favorites: apple pie, chili, mac and cheese, meatloaf, rice pudding, gelato, bread pudding, mashed potatoes, chicken pot pie, polenta, creamy soups, chicken noodle soup, grilled cheese sandwiches, pot roast, risotto, brownies, corned beef hash, cheesecake, chocolate pudding, matzah brei, kugel…and did I mention anything that is chocolate? :-)
