Silicone Bowls
Oh, the simplicity of it! These silicone bowls are a dream. They make prep work a breeze. I have glass bowls (which are heavy, though good for some things) and had a set of good plastic bowls. However, one recently cracked and it was always a pet peeve of mine that i couldn’t just toss it in the dishwasher. With these, you can!
I don’t think they’re perfect for everything - you sometimes do need a stiff heavy bowl. But they are great alternatives to the plastic bowl.
