Spice kits

If one of your new year’s resolutions is to learn to cook a new cuisine, here’s a jump starter for you!

Purpose Design has put together these wonderful spice kits. They range from the large Thai kit shown above to French, Indian, Mexican, chai tea, every day, and Asian. They are beautiful to look at, and I’ll bet they smell wonderful!

    Now that’s what I need. My assorted packets of spice stuffed in a plastic container don’t look as good as those. Getting back into my cooking which means a replenishment is due soon so i will look for these here in Oz. Thanks for the tip Cyndi…good one.

    I just read an article that suggested each new year is a perfect time to replace your old herbs and spices. These are very appealing!

    Well sure, you can get the tins lots of different places and fill your own. http://www.leevalley.com has them too. But I like the way Purpose Design has put together the kits.
