Tea Wand
What is a tea wand and why does it look so funny?
This so-called “Health Tea Wand” is a glass straw, more or less, that strains out tea leaves as you drink. You can just plop the leaves into your cup and leave the straining to your straw.
The only problem here is the fact that your tea would over-steep. $19.95 at Wisdom Wands

No problems with oversteeping if you use a smaller cup! In China, they also have tea leaves in the cup itself and you push aside the leaves with the tea cup cover as you drink.
