I just bought a new set of KitchenAid appliances and as a promo, I get a set of their silicon bakewear, similar to #4 above.

I’ve never baked with silicon. Any recommendations?
Do you need to grease it? I assume carrying is an issue, so should you put it on a cookie sheet for moving? Are they dishwasher safe?
Thanks. Love your blog. You can never have too many kitchen gadgets!!!!

Oh, they are great! You can find instructions on the makers’ websites, some do need greasing the first time only.

Yes, on a cookie sheet works, and some you can get metal stands for.

I don’t think you need to dishwash them, just rinse. They are super easy to clean.
