The Trio Peeler takes vegetable peeling to a whole new level. With THREE retractable stainless-steel blades, this can switch from one prep task to another. Simply rotate the handle to select the blade you want then slide it in place. The blades available are: soft-skin (tomatoes, etc), heavy-duy hard-skin (carrots, etc), and julienne (for thin strips).
