Two Step Wok

February 8, 2008 by Arieanna

The ‘Wok This Way’ Two Step Wok is kind of a neat idea. Made of chrome, nickel and stainless steel, this wok is a 2-part stir fry and saute pan. Not really as deep as your standard wok, it rather has a more unique design. There is a vented surface that sits on the bottom and helps to cook your food evenly without it going soggy. The same surface makes it possible to steam, deep fry, braise and more.

Umm… this doesn’t resemble a wok in the slightest. It’s a shallow skillet with a gimmicky extra layer of metal that sits above the rest of the cooking surface, which probably won’t get hot enough to properly stir-fry anyway.
