Water-Cooled Grill

It may sound counter-intuitive to cool your grill, but Wellbas has created this water-cooled barbecue grill so that you can cook your meals without charring. Which is negative for health (they claim) as well as taste.
Cold water cycles through the small pipes of the actual grill to keep it cool - the water is circulated and re-cooled so the whole process keep things moving. You can read more here.
Wellbas also claims that the grill reduces the fat content of meats - that charring tends to keep in the fat, and this way it can drain off.
