How to Enter
To win one of five sets of Yum Yum Dishes, simply leave a comment on this post. The contest will close on April 27, 2008 at 4pm PST.
Winners will be drawn randomly from the comments and will be announced on April 27th. Winners will be emailed for their addresses.
Limit one entry per person. Prizes will be shipped inside the US only. You must leave a valid email address in order for me to reach you.
The Prize
There are 5 sets of Yum Yum Dishes to give to 5 lucky winners!
Mom and restaurant owner Tracy Adler created Yum Yum Dishes as a way to create positive eating habits. The little dishes provide perfectly portioned snacks, making it impossible to over-eat.
Since refilling is a conscious act, it’s much easier to stop snacking once the bowl is empty (versus taking the bag of chips and eating it all!).
The 4oz ceramic bowls, designed in co-ordination with artist Robert Sheeran, come in a set with four colors, all with the kind reminder that "Yum Yum time is over". Great for adults who need a little reminder, but also great kid-sized bowls to teach little tykes good eating habits.

Great idea and dishes. I’m always putting snacks in easy pour containers and bowls instead of handing over whole bags. Some think it weird, but I hate multiple unwashed-who the heck knows where they’ve been or doing-fingers all over my food. Smaller snacking bowl sizes are a bonus.

I like smaller bowls, really, and have long found it annoying how large most bowls are these days. A large bowl begets a large portion, thus unwanted weight gain. I for one would rather have two small bowls (or cups) of soup, than have one large bowl. It really *does* make you more conscious about your eating habits, believe me. I used to weight 220 lbs before I got control over my portion distortion. Today, I’m a lean 150 lbs, thanks in part to smaller portions and daily jogging.

This would be great for quick snacking, after having lost 30lbs 5 years ago, I have become extremely portion conscious, my 12 year old daughter even uses my scale to measure out a serving of whatever she wants for a snack, this would make it quick and easy when wanting ice cream or fruit!

(USA) These are darling. A set of 4 is perfect for my 4 kids. I try to find plates, bowls, and cups that are interesting and different. These are perfect to add to my collection because I do not have any cute bowls. I have clear glass bowls that look scratched and foggy.
