Writing about that gorgeous faucet today made me dream about my perfect kitchen. Ok, well not perfect kitchen, but the realistically affordable kitchen of my dreams. This is the sink that we have planned to give our kitchen an inexpensive facelift:

The Blanco SILGRANIT sinks combine 80% natural granite with acrylic bonds for superior hardness and scratch resistance, not to mention chipping and stain resistance. The sinks are also heat resistant, so you don’t need to worry about putting a hot pan into the sink. Up close, the slight speckled pattern with the matte finish is just beautiful.
We have yet to decide if we’ll stick with the double bowl or move to a large single bowl design (they are so handy). Undermounts are also available, but not an option in our case unless we replace our countertops. You can buy many of these sinks at your local Home Depot.

Just like the Toaster/Kettle I featured recently, this Combination Microwave Toaster from LG frees up counter space and saves you from accidentally tripping your fuses for using too many appliances at once. The 0.9 Cu FT, 900W microwave oven is combined with a two-slot, 800W toaster. My only beef with the design is the lack of a removable crumb tray, since that means cleaning this particular toaster is quite difficult.

Well, this is a thing of beauty and a thing of genius. The new Kohler faucet for the kitchen, the Karbon Articulating Kitchen Faucet, adds a whole load of functionality to the kitchen.
Aside from its sleek design, the faucet is engineered to hold any pose for hands-free operation (so, you can walk away while you fill up your pot with water). Streamline your workflow, and your design. Raise it up to fill pots, or bring it down low to clean up the sink. Fold it up and out of the way when not in use. How cool is that?

Help your little tykes learn how to eat with this very cleverly designed set. The Me Feed Me products are made for toddler needs. The spoon and plate are designed to tip food back without it falling out. The bowl helps guide the food onto the spoon without spilling over, and the stable non-slip base keeps everything where it should. The design of the spoon and fork actually helps keep them from rolling around and falling off the table.
All the products are made from Hygienik, a material that stops the growth of bacteria.

The Bean Vac Coffee Canister automatically vacuum seals your coffee, whole bean or ground, to lock in the freshness. So, if you ignore the fact that the coffee in the photo is old, as shown by its shiny nature, you can count on the vacuum pump and silicone-gasket lid to keep your coffee as fresh as when you bought it. Also good for cookies, nuts, spices and more!

The Egg-ceptional Server Set from Tupperware is primed for deviled eggs. The server holds up to 24 egg halves, or other little foods. When placed inside the Tupperware Round Cake Taker, the eggs can be transported easily and safely.

The top layer of the egg server snaps onto the cake taker to create a server for veggies or fruit. Inverted, the egg server can also be a cake stand!! The recessed centre is also perfect if you want to use it for veggies and dip. Talk about versatile!

The Breville BKT500 ikon Kettle & Toaster is a counter-saving gadget. The nested design gives you both kettle and toaster in one compact piece. The kettle can hold up to 1 litre of water and has a safety auto cut out protection. The toaster has extra-wide slots and a high lift lever. It even has a "bit more" button to toast your toast just a teeny bit darker. Seriously.

There is officially something very wrong with me. When I look at this, I don’t think "Oh, arms, right!" The way I see it is rather disturbing:

You know, I highly doubt the makers of the Lola Goldstein Keramik intended for it to be seen my way.

The Dual Wave Blender features two independent blending systems to mix two 16oz. drinks at once. The blender uses travel-ready cups to blend, so when done, simply disconnect and drink. Perfect for morning drinks in a kitchen where nobody can agree on what fruits to use. You can also use the extra-large 80oz jar for single blending.

I have a confession to make: I eat my cereal on the couch, not at the table. And, when I’m done, I put the last of the milk down for the cat to drink. The spoons end up all over the place. However, this bowl still offers kitty enough room to drink her milk (she puts it on her paw then licks it) and keeps the dirty spoon off the coffee table.
Designed by Élan Falvai, the ceramic bowl "and the dish ran away with the spoon" is microwaveable and dishwasher safe. Comes with the spoon, as shown.
